Yoga cultivates health and well-being (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.
Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Zumba is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.

Join one of Sydney's longest-running Taekwondo classes that combines traditional martial arts with modern fitness, flexibility and self-defence. This class is open to all ages and all levels of experience; from kids looking for a new engaging challenge, women seeking practical self-defence, and to those looking for a way to improve their health, fitness and mobility.
